Stayed Jun 22, 2025The house was nice and all I needed for a work trip. The bathrooms and kitchen were nicely, remodeled. It is very small living area though. The couch is not comfortable at all and was stained but had a cover. The dining room table was too high for the chairs so we couldn't eat on it comfortably. There weren't enough bathroom towels AT ALL! The backyard is very nice but not suitable for kids as it has cactus. Just wanna let any families know if they have young kids.. the host was responsive to texts

Stayed May 31, 2024This is a beautiful home, in an ideal spot. The beds are comfortable, and the master bathroom has a double mirror, so my daughters had a wonderful time getting ready to attend my nieces wedding. It was perfect except for just two details, the air conditioner doesn't work well, and even on a cool evening, the home became very warm. There was a fan that worked extremely well to draw in the cool air, but it was very, very loud, and we ran it for short amounts of time; it sounded like a piece was loose inside. Second, please make sure that if there is a person sleeping on the pull out couch, that a set of sheets, pillow, and towels will be in the home for that person. We were lucky that our relatives live in town, so we could borrow some sheets, etc. We didn't realize until it was later in the day, and we're not able to get a return message back from the property owner on the first night. They would have solved the issue the second day, but thank goodness we were able to find a solution, as it would have been a very uncomfortable sleeping situation otherwise. Again, wonderful rental, needed a few details attended to.
