This charming house is located on a landscaped, level lot on a quiet, dead end lane just 4/10 mile from Forest Beach on Nantucket Sound. The house has a lovely bedroom with a queen size bed, a tiled bathroom, a beautiful kitchen, a dining area opening to a large deck, a living room with a fireplace and French doors opening to a delightful screened porch on the first floor. Stayed Aug 16, 2025Very nice property that worked well for our Cape Cod family vacation. Clean and well-equipped for our stay. The hosts were great and provided lots of information on things to see and do in the area. The house is in a quiet location and within walking distance (1/2 mile) of the neighborhood Forest Beach, which was perfect for beach-combing walks and relaxing in chairs on the sand. Overall, we had a perfect stay in Chatham.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025The location of this home is perfect! We took walks to the beach almost every day. The neighborhood is wonderful and our walk through the woods to the osprey nesting grounds was quite interesting. The home is set up well, with different areas to relax, play cards, and read. It is a great family home.

Stayed Sep 4, 2024We had an amazing time. The location is superb and within an easy walk to a very nice and uncrowded beach. The house was extremely clean with all the amenities you could ask for. We'd love to stay there again.

Stayed Aug 21, 2024This is a beautifully kept home perfect for a family vacation on the Cape. The kitchen was the best stocked rental I’ve ever had in terms of kitchen appliances/tools/serving ware/bakeware, etc. Everything was very clean. Communication with the hosts (who are the owners - it’s not a property management company) was stellar. We hope to visit again!

Stayed Jul 27, 2024This house had everything we needed - lots of space, walk to the beach, quick hop to the bike trail. Multiple areas to sit so kids could be in one room while we (parents) were in another. Ping pong table downstairs also gave kids another activity. Very clean and uncluttered!

Stayed Aug 31, 2023Great long weekend at the Chatham house. Owners nicely worked with us to do a less than a week stay. Close enough to walk to beach and there was plenty of parking if you chose to drive. Had everything we needed except maybe a full length mirror since 4 women were getting ready for a wedding ?. We would stay there again!
