Great stay

Clean, well furnished, and comfortable house in a nice neighborhood in Santa Fe. Convenient to downtown and all of the many attractions in Santa Fe and environs. Hosts Becky and Jim communicated with us to make sure everything was all right - greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

The home was very clean and well-equipped for our stay. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make one or two meals a day and there were plenty of restaurants for our splurge lunch or dinner out. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and everything was in good working order, including the TV in the living room and each of the three bedrooms, all with Roku. We had no trouble getting to the center of Sante Fe for dining, shopping and sightseeing - just about a 20 minute drive from the quiet neighborhood we were in. Great communications from the hosts too.

Great place! Stayed for hot air balloon festival. It was about 1 hour away from airport and 20 min to Santa Fe. We will definitely stay here again. House was very comfortable and cozy. Neighborhood was nice.

Beautiful home with lovely back patio in a quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to highway and downtown. Kitchen well stocked. Beds comfortable. Gracious, helpful hosts. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

Perfect for our visit. This is a nice property. It was clean and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the back patio. Good communication with the host.

We had a fun stay at the home of Jim and Becky! Communication was great and the house is very nicely decorated and comfortable. We had never stayed in that part of Santa Fe so it was fun to explore it.

Well appointed and decorated for the region. Comfortable furnishings and a nice back yard. Location worked for all our explorations. Quick access to I-25 and routes north and south of town. Close to shopping, dining and all Santa Fe has to offer. Communication with owners was quick and pleasant.

It met our expectations re: size. For us it was a little cramped but we knew size as well as no air conditioning. It is convenient to places we had planned to visit. Jim & Becky responded adequately & timely to questions. Everything was clean. We would stay there again.

Lovely home and close to site seeing areas in Santa Fe. Even though we wanted to see sites about an hour and a half away, time went fast and the views were amazing. The house was in a good and quiet neighborhood. It was well stocked, clean and hostess was easy to get in contact with. Great patio! The pictures are a good representation of the house. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I came to Santa Fe for a concert over Halloween weekend. The house was perfect for the five of us and so accessible to the airport. It’s a little farther from downtown, but it’s quiet and quaint. We had a fantastic time here, and Becky and Jim were great hosts. The patio is great for afternoon hangouts, and the beds were comfy! Might even hear a coyote or two during the night. Overall, a great stay.

Almost perfect. Comfortable and clean. Great location. We spent time outdoors on the covered patio, in intimate conversation in the living room and kitchen, and slept well. Thanks for a wonderful place.

We were doing the great balloon chase race in Albuquerque, which was going alongside the balloon festival. Staying in Santa Fe was a great location as there was a lot to do in Santa Fe and then just an easy 50 minutes or so to Albuquerque.

This was a 5 star visit all the way from original booking to the moment we left. The house is warm and welcoming. Hosts were clear in their instructions and caring about our comfort. The neighborhood is quiet and cute. We enjoyed the patio and hearing the coyotes serenade us.

We appreciated how the owners were very caring in terms of our overall comfort during our stay. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and stores. It made a perfect place to relax after a day of adventures. The patio and backyard provided a great space for quiet moments, meals, drinks etc. The house was decorated in good taste with comfortable furniture and local art. The kitchen was supplied with plenty of dishes and cookware. Overall, we had no complaints and only compliments. The owners are stellar!

Our stay at this home was excellent. Although small and located in a very nice subdivision, the house is well appointed 3-BR / 2 BA home. It was very well-suited for my partner and I. Two couples could have managed well. The back terraced outdoor area was lovely in the morning sun and very private. This home is only 5 minutes from the Santa Fe airport, and really convenient to anywhere we wanted to go. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Homey and comfy, with fun Santa Fe style (love the traditional fireplace!) my daughter and I had everything we needed for a girls getaway. Easy drive to the downtown Plaza during the day, and to the Opera in the evening, it made the perfect home base for our stay. We especially enjoyed sipping coffee and hanging out each morning on the covered patio. And we both would happily return for another stay! Thank you Becky and Jim

The house was immaculate and had all the amenities that we needed. The decor was true southwest and is very inviting. Our host Becky was over the top and was very truly helpful, from finalizing our rental agreement to checking to see if our trip and arrival went well. The location was very near to the highways to quickly get into the city ( Santa Fe Plaza) and a short drive to Albuquerque. If you are a day hiker, like us, there are many trailheads located nearby. We rate this an AA++.

This location was the best of both worlds. We could have a nice dinner out, then return to a quiet neighborhood where we were able to take walks every evening. It was only 15 minutes to the Plaza, and Mille was easy to access for morning croissants and coffee. All of the food we had in Santa Fe was amazing, too much to list here but Jambo was a standout :) Master bedroom was clean, fresh bedding, bathroom spotless. Mattress was fine, lighting was good for reading. The house was very clean and had air conditioning, which was welcome after our evening walks. We cooked and grilled a few nights so we could enjoy the back dining area, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor seating area is lovely and private, with just enough afternoon shade to make it comfortable. Quiet, family neighborhood, safe, next to the golf course so somewhat sparsely populated, just a nice place all around. We will definitely come back again, hopefully soon! Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay visiting family in the area, close enough to downtown and not far from Bandelier and Meow Wolf excusions as well as other hiking trails. Great outdoor meal space and privacy

It was so nice to relax in this quiet and comfortable home after a day of being out on the town. We enjoyed sitting out at the table on the covered patio with hors d'oeuvres and a glass of wine before dinner or having our morning coffee out there. It was very hot during our stay but the house was a nice temperature and the mornings and evenings were pleasant outside. It was so nice for each of the 3 of us to have our own room for the price of one hotel room we would have had to share! The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be back next time we volunteer at the International Folk Art Marketplace (IFAM).
