    The location is fabulous. Loved our long walks into Camelback Mountain. Enjoyed dinner at the Henry. House comfortably fit five of us.

    Great location. Although it was right on the very busy Camelback Road. We didn't hear the road noise much though. The kitchen was nicely equipped with quality appliances. It is a fantastic place to entertain. The floorplan flowed well. The Avantstay staff was helpful and responsive. We would most definitely stay there again. Once peice of advice: A little more attention to the foliage outside would go a long way. Also, the rug in the main living room area needs to be replaced.

    La Casona served us well during a week - with family staying here and hosting guest for grilling and feasting a big group. Other than needing to by a new set of carving knives (as the others were dull) the place is very comfortable and expansive. Surprisingly quiet for being on a main blvd. We’d go back should we visit Scottsdale/Phoenix again.

    The property was very clean and communication with the host was excellent. The backyard makes the house outstanding. We and our dogs spent hours hanging out in the yard with plenty of comfortable seating. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to return.

    The house was absolutely adorable with so much character. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to lounge around. The pool was perfect! One of the back rooms with two beds were super hot and despite the air condition being cranked up those rooms would just not cool down so it was uncomfortable to sleep. Second one of the bedrooms had an automatic light that would turn on at random times without any switch connected to it to shut it off so that woke up the person in there randomly.

    House was very nice. Would have liked option to heat the pool as it was too chilly to use. Checkin process was easy. A few more TV’s would have been nice as well. Location was excellent. Thanks
