Fantastic property. Clean and had anything we could want (fully stocked kitchen…everything but the food) Generous sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfortable linens. Easily walkable to downtown. Parking next to the property Great communication. Would highly recommend!

Perfect home to host Thanksgiving while visiting our Burlington family. We brought our 2 dogs and the yard was an ideal feature

Walkable to Church Street Marketplace. Kitchen had everything anyone wanted -except some placemats.

lovely house just a few blocks north of Church Street. Stayed here with my son before he moved into his dorm, my mom and sister, coming in from different cities. we had a great, comfortable stay.

This is a beautiful older house in a perfect location. Easy access to downtown. Kitchen and baths are nicely updated and spacious. We loved staying here.

House was perfect! Had everything we needed and more. 10min walk to downtown was just enough to not be right in with the crowds. Made friends with the neighbor who had a cute dog! Will definitely book with Stephanie again! :)

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed being within walking distance to both the downtown area and the lake front.

Visited to tour UVM and get a feel for the area. This is a great option and convenient for shopping, dinner and day trips.

Such a lovely, clean and perfectly located home with lots of character. Everything was perfect and not one hitch at all. Oh, wait….. just curious about the coat hooks at front door? Haha We are all under 5’4” so it was quite comical to see us hopping up to get our jackets hung up. Sometimes we’d get it on the first jump ….sometimes not. Haha Lovely home and we highly recommend.

Perfect, wish I had time for another night, just blocks from Church Street, very hip area with bars, clubs, shopping, restaurants. Very clean and accommodating lodging. Property manager very friendly and helpful.

Every year we give our daughters and their spouses a group weekend getaway as an XMAS gift, often in Burlington, but usually at one of the hotels. This was a great alternative and offered a place where they could all stay in a common space. They LOVED everything about it - location, accommodations and a considerate host.

Let me preface this review by stating the home was clean, charming, and well taken care of. As advertised very close to downtown Burlington. With that all said, this home was NOT located in a peaceful neighborhood as advertised. My children witnessed a drug deal, gone bad, outside the front of this home. We had to call the police as the woman involved was pulled from her car. There are multiple group homes in the neighborhood and many homeless who rummage through the garbage bins of the neighborhood homes. In bringing our concerns to the attention of the property manager/home owner, we were met with very delayed responses or no responses at all. While the home was lovely, the owner’s description of the area was misleading and he/she/they should not be seeking $500+ a night, in my opinion

Perfect spot for a family reunion! We were all adults (ages 27-72) and enjoyed cooking and eating together, exploring Vermont, walking to Church street, and then cozying up in PJs together at home to watch a movie in the evening! One of the cleanest places we've ever stayed at!

This home is absolutely wonderful Feels like home away from home. Has everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. We walked to restaurants and shops and Lake Champlain! The house and the location could not have been any better!!
