Stayed Feb 14, 2026Location was great. House is a bit outdated and needs some minor repairs but had plenty of beds. Basement pingpong and darts were great for the teens (and heated).

Stayed Aug 12, 2023The property was clean and listening to the brook outside was very relaxing. The location was excellent as it was a short drive to the Little Pea Porridge Pond which my grandson really enjoyed. It was also very close to Conway. My only complaint is we had to pick up the key and drive it back to North Conway.

The only thing missing was lids for the many pots in the kitchen. Basement could use some attention.

It was a large open space, good for groups, only complaints would be having to get rid of trash on our own.

Reviewer Comments: Perfect location with the pond within walking distance for swimming and canoeing, which we truly enjoyed. The canoe was available as a part of the stay. The house is clean, quiet, and well equipped. This is our favorite property to rent as we have stayed here on a few occasions and hope to come back again.

From the moment we picked up the keys. The property management was very friendly and responsive to all my questions. The home was so comfortable, I felt like it was my own. It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great! Close to North Conway and all the activities we did during the week. The middle pond was amazing! It was so clean and refreshing during the hot week we had. We loved it so much we booked for 2023 when we checked out!
