Stayed Jun 20, 2025My brother and I, along a couple of friends stayed at this home - a remarkable restoration of a beautiful, historic building. We grew up spending summers on the Indian River, fishing, swimming and spending time with neighbors. We were able to do the same 30 years later, reconnecting with old friends and neighbors along the river. The home is well equiped with everything we needed for a enjoyable stay, including air conditioning when the weather turned warm. Also really enjoyed meeting Peter, the property host, who warmly welcomed us. Penny, the co-host was also very responsive to every communication. I highly recommend this home and hope to visit again.
