Charming 4 -bedroom house in lovely Sparks

House was clean and beds were comfortable

Not worth the price . House slept 8, but it was not comfortable for 7 . The sectional couch was small , only fit 6 adults elbow to elbow. Ottoman coffee table was a mismatch , fall hazard, not enough room to walk between couch and coffee table . The oven was dirty and smoked up the kitchen every time we used it. Two bedrooms had sloping ceilings and we bumped our heads on them multiple times. The house was clean, but a bit dingy. The back yard was depressing. There was a dilapidated chicken coop, there was a broken deck board and overall the back yard was ugly. The kitchen table had damage, the kitchen chairs needed more foam and they sunk when you sat in them. There were a lot of cosmetic dings throughout the house. The shower handle fell off, the kitchen tile was stapled to the wall. Not enough living room seating. There was a weird office chair in the living room and a treadmill in the kitchen/ dining area. One of the bedroom TV’s did not work. The paint on the doors was uneven, There was some splatter on the back porch deck. The yard and backyard were somewhat unkept. The rugs in the bedroom were fall hazards and I slipped on one in the middle of the night. We travel a lot with at least 6 adults and this was by far the saddest, most uncomfortable VRBO we have ever stayed at. The house photos are deceiving . We took out garbage out and we followed the rules . The beds were comfortable , sheets and bedding were clean. The air conditioning and heat worked well,

Our host was exceptional and very polite. They were very accommodating to our needs and was very understanding. The house was amazing and very comfortable. Everything was very neat and clean.

The bed linens had animal hair and fuzz on them. The furniture was in poor condition; stained and torn. The house smelled like pets live there.

Nice and relaxing with that we needed

Clean older home that has had a few upgrades and some repairs, some of which looked like a work in progress. Host responded to my messages promptly. A couple things to note for future guests are that the “air conditioner” is a loud swamp cooler for the whole house and fans in each bedroom. The upstairs bedrooms were warm, even with outside temps less than triple digits. This house posed some obstacles for us as we were traveling with my 79-year-old mother. Steps to front door were halfway expected, but the bath/showers are deep with a big step in and out, with glass sliding doors. This was all fine for regular adults, but not good for elderly guests.

Guests were here for work so not much time spent at the home. Very clean and comfortable.

Met all expectations. We didn’t spend a lot of time there but was very satisfied.

The house was just as it was listed. Cozy and in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay.
