Charming 4-bedroom house in historic downtown Fredericksburg

The location was perfect! It was close to downtown and everything we needed. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to our messages. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location. Walked to a neighborhood tavern for dinner. Quick drive to cool antique stores if that is your thing. Plenty of room and all you need in the kitchen for cooking.

Nice and clean

The listing is misleading. It will sleep 7. The “sofa bed” is a joke. It is really a little couch about 4 feet wide in the room with the two twin beds and it folds out into a 4 inch thick “mattress.” The place needs a paint job in the worst way along with the cleaning of the patio furniture. No way to enjoy the nice weather on the patio due to how dirty it was. Pictures to come. There are cobwebs and dead insects stuck in them. The location is good as it is close to Main Street that has many restaurants.

Only issues- double bed was firm. Dog from neighbor left out for hours Sat night and all it did was bark.Location is great. House is old and could use some updates- ie curtains in bedrooms, remove old nail anchors, better paint job on walls, but I get it it's a rental. One guest said best pillows ever!

Our stay was great. This house is conveniently located to Old Town Fredericksburg, VA. We walked to the farmer’s market one morning (about a 10 - 15 minute walk) and ate a great brunch at Food. Easy parking on the road.

The location was ideal—just down the street from the wedding reception and right in the heart of everything we wanted to see. It was close to historic sites and just steps from the shops in downtown. Communication with the host was smooth, with quick and helpful responses throughout.

This house was a lovely place for the family to meet up and spend some quality time together over the Christmas break. Walking distance to historic downtown Fredericksburg. It was a quiet and relaxing retreat! We would definitely come and stay again!

We had a comfortable two night stay here. The bedding was good. Bathrooms were clean.

We enjoyed having the privacy and space. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to get to all of the places that we needed to.

My friends and I came for a quick weekend trip for a wedding, and the house gave us all we need. They had a nice list at the house that had food places and coffee places near the house to try, which was so helpful! Super close walking distance to Fredericksburg downtown area. Had everything we needed. Easy check in and check out process as well. Definitely recommend!

We had a lovely time in Fredericksburg! The accommodations were perfect for our family with kids ranging from 4-14. Communication was clear and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Location was good for getting around the historical downtown area and also easy to get around to the modern conveniences. The only thing I would have liked to see was a more fully stocked kitchen. I planned to cook for my family but there was only one small pan in the kitchen.

Six friends came in town for the Marine Corps Half Marathon. This house isn’t luxury by any means, but it was a great stay. The owners were lovely and very communicative and the location is great (two mins to downtown, only five minutes from the race). Would stay again if I run again.
