Stayed Jun 27, 2025The inside of the house is absolutely beautiful. The space is also perfect for large families. However, the entire upstairs loft area smelled awful like some kind of animal urine. We were unable to use the whole loft area upstairs due to this smell. The property manager was nice enough to communicate with, but she insisted that her husband, herself and cleaning people were unable to smell it. We had 4 adults and 4 kids ALL ABLE TO SMELL IT And were not able to even go into the space. It was definitely disappointing. The manager said she would continue to try to locate the smell, but since she was unable to even smell it herself, I’m not sure anything will change. Beautiful house- and would be a PERFECT place to stay had the animal excrement smell not been there.
