Charming 4-bedroom home with WiFi and massage chair in fabulous Colorado Springs

Home was exactly as pictured. Very comfortable, well stocked and a perfect getaway for our family!

Property was clean. House location was quite and easy to access. Beds were a little soft for our taste and there is no central air. Host did provide water coolers and there was a portable AC unit for a room.

Great home for our stay with the dog & a massage chair to top it off. Easy instructions for check in & check out.

We had a really nice stay overall! The place was clean, comfortable, and the check-in process was very smooth and easy. The only small issue we noticed was a whistling sound whenever the shower or washer was running, which could be a little irritating at times. Other than that, everything was great and we appreciated our stay!

We booke for 6 ladies yo stay overnight to do the Manitou Incline the next morning. This place was perfect, allowing us to cook ourselves a great dinner and breakfast so we were properly fueled for our hike. The owner was super sweet and helpful. Our stay was perfect for our needs.

A very nice house for anyone and especially nice if you have pets. My doggy's loved the fenced in yard. Nice patio to set outside and see the mountains. Beds were comfortable. Everything nice and clean. We were very comfortable here and Patty was an awesome host!! If we need to rent a house in Colorado Springs again it will be Patty's house definitely!!

Fully equipped for a great time. Stayed for a weekend and it was a perfect fit.

This was a very cute house. Very clean property and I loved all the decorative touches. The one thing I would let people know who might be traveling with a very active 1 year old is bring a baby gate, we probably climbed the stairs 5000 times haha

We had a great stay! This host was absolutely fantastic, I had and issuse and needed some extra accommodations and she went out of her way to help! I would definitely stay here again the house had everything we needed and very comfortable. BONUS the house has a massage chair that we enjoyed! I highly recommend this house.

This home is perfect. 4 bedrooms all with comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, a huge fenced in yard for our 3 large dogs (even had a doggy door!), use of the garage, plenty of parking, fully equipped kitchen and everything was immaculate. I would highly recommend this home to anyone! We will definitely book this VRBO again with friendly host Patty!

Tv didnt have good service with minimal channels which was fine because we weren’t there much but guys wanting to watch football in evenings. Had to request more towels which were brought in a timely manner easy instructions.

We enjoyed our stay at Kevin's beautiful property in Colorado Springs! Our host was professional, responsive, and flexible with scheduling, allowing us to extend our stay by an extra night. The property is well-maintained, and the garage, fenced backyard, and massage chair were an added bonus. I would absolutely stay at Kevin's house again should my family return to Colorado Springs.

A tranquil experience tucked inside the business of CO springs. It was our first time out since we moved to this state and needed to attend a work function nearby. A beautiful home is what we found. Put together by loving hands, with all of the amenities a hotel doesn't offer for a family with varied dynamics.Thank you, and hope to book again for the next function!

We had a wonderful time! The place was super clean and user friendly. Equipped with necessities, homey, comfortable, nice yard. I dont think the pictures listed do it justice! The massage chair was a nice bonus too! Definitely recommend!

We stayed at the property while attending our friends wedding. We mostly used the house for sleeping and gettibg ready but the house was very cleanly and calming rooms. The ac unit was very nice being we prefer a cool room for sleeping.

Very clean, nicely laid out home. Backyard was perfect for our pets. Miscommunication happened with the air conditioning.

The property was a perfect fit for our family, especially the location. Our two children each had a bedroom to themselves, which they loved. The property does not have air conditioning (it only lists heating as available in the property description, which we accidently overlooked when booking). There is a fan in the main bedroom and a portable/window unit air conditioner in one of the guest rooms, which makes it more comfortable. Property is clean and well maintained.

We were in COS to attend a concert and drive up Pike’s Peak. This home was the perfect location and has great amenities. The listing was accurate and the fenced in yard allowed our dogs to be off-leash.

Kevin is a great host, house is exactly as advertised, spacious and clean. All amenities provided and location is close enough to everything you would want to do in the springs, as long as you have a car. I did not know there is no air conditioning in the house so be wary if you’re going the extreme heat, Kevin did arrange for a portable AC in one room and a cooling fan in another.

The property was great. The massage chair was great after a long drive.

We were inbetween apt moves and the Brbo had a usable garage and safe and convenient location! We also had 2 cats and were so happy cats were allowed and there was a separate level with bed and bathroom. Host responded quickly when we were getting anxious about check-in Overall an excellent stay- thank you

Everything was wonderful except the sliding glass door in the king bedroom didn’t lock and didn’t have a rod to block the door from being opened. The home was very comfortable and spacious and extremely clean! Thank You!

This house was very homey for me and my workers. It felt like coming home from a long days work. The host was super nice. Check in was a breeze, will stay here when I am in town.

My Stay was amazing. Pictures doesn't do this place justice. The veiw from the back porch was stunning. They even shoveled the driveway the day I came in. The lady was so kind and answered any questions i had. It's in a quited culdesac. I look forward to staying there in the near again.

This four bedroom tri-level house was plenty of room for our family. There was a bit of mustiness in the air, and it was a little less than perfectly clean. The toughest part was check-in. We didn't get the code for entry until two hours after a 4pm check-in time. We started trying to contact the host around noon.

We loved the house! The neighborhood is very quiet, very festive ( we stayed for Christmas). The house is bright and clean. Our dogs loved the backyard. We had such a lovely time at the property, we hope to return

My family loved being able to spread out in this spacious house. We we arrived after dark. The lights were on and the house was very warm and welcoming. There was a large sized dog door which my dog was very thankful for. I was able to contact the ownor within about a 1/2 Hour of arriving to get the wi fi password. My husband and I only had one issue, which the owner will rectify- not enough plug ins for electronics by the bedside. Hour.
