Parties, loud music, or large gatherings are absolutely not allowed. All parties will be shut down right away and result in immediate eviction with no refund. Smoking Policy:
This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted on the premises. If any evidence of smoking is found, there will be a $500 fine. Pet Policy:
Sorry, but no pets are allowed. Having a pet will result in a $300 fine. Noise Level:
No noise after 10 p.m. on the weekends, 9 p.m. on the weekdays. The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Parties, loud music, or large gatherings are absolutely not allowed. Jumpy Houses:
No bounce houses of any kind are permitted on the property.
