Downstairs Level

-Primary Bedroom: A restful sanctuary with a king-sized bed, two large closets, and an adjoining full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a garden tub. There`s a Pack and Play stored in the closet for little ones.
-Living Room: Includes a comfortable queen-sized sofa bed with a memory foam mattress.
-Kitchen: A fully equipped, modern kitchen with a drip coffee maker, ready for your culinary adventures. There`s a washer and dryer in the laundry closet for in-unit laundry chores.
=Dining Area: A large dining room and eating area with combined seating for 10 guests.
-A convenient half-bath and a lovely screened porch complete the main level.

Upstairs Level

-Bedroom 2: Features a king-sized bed and an adjoining bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
-Bedroom 3: Outfitted with a full-sized bed.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire house and its amenities during their stay. Make yourself at home and enjoy the peaceful waterfront setting all to yourself.

Host Interaction

We respect our guests` privacy and offer a self-check-in process with a code to the lock box sent the morning of your check-in. While we will not be on-site, we are readily available via the messaging app or phone if you have any questions or need assistance during your stay.

Check-in and check-out times: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am unless prior plans have been made with the host.

Off-limits Areas: Please do not enter locked doors or cabinets.

Parking: Driveway parking is available, and street parking is prohibited.

No smoking: Our house and property are smoke free.

Quiet Hours: 9:00 pm - 9:00 am are quiet hours. Please keep noise minimal at all times. Since this is a peaceful residential neighborhood, thank you for helping us to be good neighbors!

No events or parties: Parties, gatherings, and other social functions/events are strictly prohibited.

No extra guests: Guests should not have unregistered guests or visitors.

Trash: Guests should leave trash in the community dumpster located at the end of the street.
