Stayed Jul 30, 2025The location is perfect and the house is cute and well equipped. We don’t have small kids but if you do there are plenty of games, beach toys, etc. The house sleeps 10 but there is only seating in the living room for 4, which was disappointing. The host was very responsive. The Roku wasn’t working so he shipped a new one the next day. After our stay, the host reached out to us about some damage that we did it cause so make note of any damage when checking in as the cleaning crew doesn’t seem all that consistent/observant of damage between guests. Nate didn’t push the issue and I appreciated that.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025When we arrived we were greeted with massive weeds and overgrown grass at the front of the house. The outdoor garbage bin was overflowing and weeds were coming up all over the patio and driveway. The home was pleasant and all the beds slept very comfortably. The frig kept alarming and the ice maker did not work. The toaster didn’t work either. We all had hot showers and the towels were very clean and a great size. The master toilet was wobbly and the plug for the tub didn’t fit for the hall bath making infant bath time difficult. The grill was great and the fire pit was used as well as all the chairs and patio tables. My grandbaby loved her ride to the beach in the red toy car. The beach was close just a short walk but the public parking made it heavy traffic at times which we thought it would be more private. But the beach was nice and clean. Thank you

Stayed Jul 6, 2025Had a great stay with family, 4 adults and 3 children. The space was cozy and comfortable. Walk to the beach is a breeze and parking is great. Great communication with host. Don’t hesitate to book this one!

Stayed Jul 21, 2025My family had a wonderful stay at Nate's beach house... The house was very clean, well stocked, and perfectly located... Nate was a great host... He answered questions promptly, and even provided a gas grill after I inquired about one... Have already recommended this house to family and friends.
