We loved this place. It was clean and convenient for our needs. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

This is a well maintained, clean, comfortable, and well equipped property in downtown Fredericksburg that is convenient to everything. A good home base for seeing sights around the area, visiting family and friends, or just taking in the excellent shopping and food options for a long weekend. Monica is a superb communicator and goes above and beyond to make your stay excellent.

The unit is up to date and super clean. It was an easy walk to the shops in town and a local walking trail. We would stay there agian!

Parking directly in front of house. Clear instructions in book for use of house. Walking distance to all of downtown. Clean home with comfortable beds and updated bathrooms. We had a perfect stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was a perfect location if you enjoy walking. We parked our car the whole time, never needed it. Could walk to everything we wanted to see and do. The accommodations were perfect for 2 couples. We had separate space and room to spread out. But in the morning and during happy hours we could come together in the living room and enjoy the comfy couches as well as the stocked kitchen.Would highly recommend this home and location. This would be our first choice for accommodations if we return. Our host was friendly and helpful. 5 stars.

This rental was clean and comfortable. The location is great to walk to all downtown has to offer. The host provided quick and easy communication. The kitchen was fully equipped beyond expectation Recommend.

We stayed at this home as a family of 5. The place is a great location in the heart of town and a block from a new playground. It was spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. I would highly recommend and would book here again.

My son was married at Brock’s on Saturday. We had a lovely time in Fredricksburg and our house is adorable ❤️

Wonderful location and close to all shops! Took a stroll downtown and took pictures of some beautiful buildings and train station. The house was immaculate and very cozy. Nice touch with propane fire pit table. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

My husband booked this house for our long weekend getaway to celebrate my 60th birthday. I fell in love with this house. The location was perfect! It is a quick walk to the downtown area and river park. The house is very clean and well-appointed. We plan on booking here again over the summer. Our son, daughter-in-law, and 10 month old joined us for a night and we all had a great time exploring the area.
