Stayed Jun 22, 2025This cottage is located on a quiet street within walking distance of the gingerbread houses and downtown Oak Bluffs. We had plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. The house could use some updates like the old and a bit dirty couch and chairs in the living room and the rock hard downstairs bed. Our host Ray was fantastic. He brought a new grill when we arrived, handled a booking error with a family that arrived to checkin while we were there and fixed the air conditioning units that were not working for the first few days of our trip.

Stayed Sep 11, 2024What a great stay! The house is adorable and perfectly appointed. It is an easy walk to the harbor, the ferry, restaurants, Mocha Motts and so much ICECREAM! The owner introduced himself and he was SO lovely. 10/10 would highly recommend. :-)
