Stayed Dec 29, 2023The property itself was very nice and well-kept! The owners were extra kind, hospitable and flexible with us. My only complaint would be the area around the property. The neighborhood and some of the houses around were a little dirty and unkept (trash left out by the street, etc). Overall, however, it was a very nice stay and we felt safe! They are in the middle of renovating the property, and I imagine it will be very nice when finished. We would stay there again.

Stayed May 27, 2022Location was great. One twin bed was very hard. Neighborhood was rundown. We loved how close we were to everything we were attending during a family affair. The house was very clean.

Stayed Nov 26, 2025We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable and my 6 yo loved the play equipment in the fenced backyard. If we are ever in need of a place in the area again, we will definitely check here first.

Stayed Nov 8, 2024House was nice and clean. Back porch and yard are lovely. Had all amenities that we needed. Lots of nice personal touches. Neighborhood is a little run down and seemed sketchy at first impression. We were a group of 5 women who had no problem and felt perfectly safe. Great value. Few Minutes drive From downtown Fairhope. I would recommend this house for a stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed Nov 1, 2024Place was misrepresented Scared for our safety because of the location. Alive biting insects inside the dwelling, & actually bit my friend. The smell of the place was horrible, especially at the refrigerator. Called manager, requested a full refund. Never received a refund.
