Stayed Jun 15, 2025The property is clean and well furnished. Since it was an older home, at night, it was a bit warm for our liking when sleeping. If we had opened a window it most likely would have been better for us, but a fan in the room would have been nice. We liked the coziness of the living room, where the family congregated including our pup on the rug. The neighborhood is great (the nice lady next door will pop her head out the window at let you know your dog cannot potty on her yard-which was funny). The owner was great to work with, and extremely communicative and responsive to our questions. I would stay here again for our next visit to Buffalo.

Stayed Apr 11, 2025Host has different address listed on vrbo than actual address which is sketchy. Host said we could have a small get together board game night before I booked but when the night came he was acting erratic. He would NOT stop stomping the whole night. THIS IS NOT A FULL HOUSE HE LIVES UPSTAIRS!!!!! He also had pictures of himself everywhere in the house and it felt like he lived there which was very creepy. He also complained we were too loud when we were just talking in the house so DO NOT get this house if you don’t go to sleep early because he expects it to be completely silent.
