Stayed Aug 11, 2025We loved our stay here. The house was clean, comfortable and well-stocked for everything we needed in terms of cooking. We enjoyed many meals on the screened porch, walks to the Salt Pond and trips to the swimming pool. The community was very accessible to all of our favorite things in Bethany/Ocean View. Check in was smooth. We hope to rent here again next summer.

Stayed Aug 7, 2025Easy to follow check-in and check-out. Nice, super clean place with plenty of room for our family of 6. Comfortable beds with plenty of good pillows. Loved the little screened in porch for meals and games. Well stocked but bring a few dishwasher pods and laundry pods (we had to buy a whole box just to run it a few times) those would be nice to include.Note to future renters - we thought parking at the beach would be impossible but if you go a bit past the boardwalk there are still park mobile parking zones and a bit of cruising around we were able to find people leaving within about 15 mins even midday weekends.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025This is a wonderful home and we are grateful that we had the opportunity to stay here. This is one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed at and we are hopeful to be able to stay here again in the future. It is very quiet and peaceful, but yet only a very short drive to the beach. The community facilities are great, with a nice pool, fitness room, pickle ball courts and if you enjoy golf (we are not a golfing family but appreciate it anyway), it does not get any better than this. Everything in the home worked very well and we cannot thank our host Diane enough for allowing our family to stay at her Bethany Beach home. The beds were very comfortable and the amount of space that our family of 5 enjoyed was magnificent. The only drawback was the time flew very quickly as we had a very nice time here.

Stayed Jun 8, 2025We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was clean, the decor was pretty, and the place was very well stocked with all essentials. We found it to be a great location to visit both Bethany beach and Fenwick state park beach. The grocery store was only a minute away and prices were good there. We also enjoyed the Salt Pond pool, which was large and had plenty of seating for all. I would definitely recommend staying here.
