Stayed Apr 3, 2025Paul was on top of the issue we had when we first arrived! He resolved it in no time! I would recommend the loft to anyone wanting to stay in the Jacksonville FL area! The loft had plenty of room and a bathroom to everyone bedroom . Pool was clean and enjoyable for the hot days when you want to cool off! If there is any problems just reach out to Paul and in no time problem is solved! Will be staying again when in the area if available!

Stayed May 30, 2026Great location and host communicated timely when we were there. We stayed in the loft…for the space they made the most of it, as the 3 bedrooms were roomy as well as the 3 bathrooms. Somethings needed replaced, like the oven, but host fixed the door as soon as they could. The pool was so fun, and we had a grill out and the area was perfect for such a day, lots of chairs and tables. We spent our last day chilling by the pool, and there were plenty of floaties for us to have a relay race. Fun day! The neighborhood was so welcoming and great restaurants and stores (including a Publix) were within walking distance. Hopefully one of the rentals at this house will be available when we come back!

Stayed Mar 26, 2026Pool was fun, close to restaurants, bars, and coffee. Easy walk. Able to Uber to the beach. Close to airport. Great place for a weekend getaway!

Stayed Sep 25, 2025The pool was awesome, you do have to share it if other guest are staying in adjoining units, but no one else was there at the time of my stay. the loft was very clean, it is an older property, but its kept up well, the only thing I remotely had an issue with, was there isn't a couch, so if you want to lay down to watch tv, you have to lay is one of the beds.
