Stayed Jul 23, 2025We loved staying at Phillip’s place for a week! Check-in was a breeze and the home was exactly as pictured in the listing. Finding a place with enough beds for our family proved tricky, but Phillip’s house was exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything to cook your meals just like at home. There were plenty of towels and blankets. The whole place is very cozy and it feels more like you’re staying with family than some sterile new construction or a hotel. For the price and size, it can not be beat!

Stayed Jun 29, 2025We were in town for a week for my daughter’s softball tournament and stayed in Phillip’s home. It is a cute and quaint house in a quiet neighborhood and was very clean and comfortable. Close to Old Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. Kitchen is fully equipped and there is a Walmart Grocery less than a mile away which made prepping meals easy. Highly recommend this house for your stay in Colorado Springs!

Stayed Jul 5, 2024It was convenient for us to stay to drop our son at the AF Academy. The house is clean and cozy. It would really help if they would get rid of some of the clutter. It would make it feel bigger and less like someone is still living there. That would be my only suggestion.
