Enjoyed our stay.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE HOST WHO BLAMED US FOR THE COLD WATER FAUCET FALLING OFF THE FIRST TIME WE TRIED TO USE IT. THE CLEANING LADY WHOULD HAD CAUT THAT WHEN WE CLEANED. WE GOT YELLED AT FOR NOT DUMPING THE SMALL TRASH CANS IN THE BEDROOM AND ONE BATHROOM. WHAT DO YOU PAY THE 150 CLEANING FEE FOR FOR US TO DO THEIR WORK KITCHEN CABINETS WERE NOT ORGANIZED THE KERIG COFFEE MAKER DID NOT WORKI HAVE STAYED A A LOT OF VRBOS AND THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVERY HAD.

The property was fine and the host was attentive when needs arises. We had all the space we needed.

Very centrally located to anything you want to do in Colorado Springs. Excellent communication with owner. House is very comfortable, all the amenities you need for a weekend away without the formalities of a hotel!

Great location, and incredible communication with the host. He checked in often to see how things were. It was a great place for my family to stay.

It was lovely and quiet. The back yard had privacy slats, so it was perfect for out dogs. Plenty of room, though there were only 2 of us. The owner was extremely nice and responsive to all communications.

Communication was great!! Pet-friendly really helps with us pet owners. Location is great to many local attractions and to Ft. Carson. Worked out really great for all our needs!

We had a good stay

We loved staying at Phillip’s place for a week! Check-in was a breeze and the home was exactly as pictured in the listing. Finding a place with enough beds for our family proved tricky, but Phillip’s house was exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything to cook your meals just like at home. There were plenty of towels and blankets. The whole place is very cozy and it feels more like you’re staying with family than some sterile new construction or a hotel. For the price and size, it can not be beat!

We were in town for a week for my daughter’s softball tournament and stayed in Phillip’s home. It is a cute and quaint house in a quiet neighborhood and was very clean and comfortable. Close to Old Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. Kitchen is fully equipped and there is a Walmart Grocery less than a mile away which made prepping meals easy. Highly recommend this house for your stay in Colorado Springs!

We ended up having a change of plan and needing to cancel our stay at Phillip's property, and he was super responsive and accommodating. I'll definitely consider staying there again next time based on how understanding and helpful Phillip was with our change of plans.
