The house was clean. But carried a strong smell of cleaning solution that was present for our full stay. We got dizzy and nauseous the first night. The home is perfect for those looking for a very basic stay. The home is small but that is perfect if you are just using it as a place to sleep. Owner was receptive and quick to answer our questions thru the VRBO app.

Everyone in our party expressed our satisfaction with this property and the experience it provided. It was clean, attractively decorated ,well equipped with kitchen utensils, towels and other amenities and located conveniently. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. My experience communicating with the owner during the booking and pre check-in period was very positive. She was very friendly and welcoming. Also, instructions to the guests were reasonable and clear. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Our stay was very comfortable. Clean house. Updated everything! Quiet neighborhood. Close to a lot of things. Two car parking with a nice yard. I would have preferred a king sized bed in at least one of the rooms but other than that, I can’t complain. I would recommend.

We had a very comfortable and easy stay here - great beds, easy parking with a two-car-wide driveway, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. The place is practically brand new after its recent renovation. Well stocked kitchen. Easy access to highways and most parts of Charlotte. The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to accommodate us. Would recommend if you are looking for something centrally located. 10-20 mins to most parts of Charlotte.
