Stayed Feb 3, 2026The property was great for our needs. Pictures are very true to the set up. Lots of beds. Kitchen has plenty pans, dishes, cups, glasses and utensils. The house is older but very comfortable.

Stayed Aug 29, 2025Very quiet, older neighborhood. Very low traffic on the street which was great. It’s an older home and doesn’t have all the bells and whistles that a modern home would have, but it has everything you need. Everything worked and it had all kitchen necessities. You really couldn’t want more from the location, you’re 5 minutes away from shopping, restaurants and movie theaters.

Stayed Mar 1, 2025Stayed here for 27 nights while on a temporary work assignment. Mitch was a gracious host who communicated well throughout my stay. The house had everything I needed, and if I find myself in Wichita Falls again, I will definitely try to book this location again.

Stayed Dec 22, 2024Stayed here for 2 weeks for the holidays and also the birth of my granddaughter. We had 3 adults and 3 dogs. It is an older home but has been updated and neighborhood was quiet. We liked that it was close to quite a few stores and restaurants. Backyard had swingset and was fully fenced for the dogs. Kitchen had the basic necessities. Dining room chairs were less than ideal but other than that we enjoyed our stayed and the host was quick to reply when asking questions. Was nice for the price. Would stay here again.
