Stayed Feb 5, 2026The host communications, reservation process and general facility was good. The pictures of the facility showed the home in much better condition than reality. Had the little details related to condition and cleanliness been improved, the stay would have been a solid five stars.

Stayed Mar 23, 2025The property is a clean, smallish, house in a quiet neighborhood. There is close access to the 101 and Bell RD, so we were able to easily travel everywhere we needed to go. To be fair, we did not spend much time at the house, save to sleep and get cleaned up. We did not use the kitchen save to make coffee and store leftovers in the fridge. I can say that the bed in the master bedroom is extremely comfortable. My companions had no complaints about theirs either. Most of our time was spent on the back patio either enjoying a morning coffee, or unwinding in the evening with a cocktail. Overall, I would say it is an excellent choice for a small group of adults, or a young family. Also, communication with the hosts was great.
