I rented this property to be close to the PGA Golf Club so the location was perfect however the neighborhood seems a little shady. Upon arrival, there was another vehicle in the driveway so I wasn’t sure what to do. The ended up going inside and was immediately greeted with a foul odor. As I walked around the inside of the house i was appalled at the carpet stains, conditions of the furniture/beds/bedding/pillow etc. Dirty towels on the bathroom floor, dilapidated furniture and a refrigerator full of leftover stuff was just the tip of the iceberg. There was another vehicle parked directly in the middle of the backyard lmfao! I decided to check the garage and could not believe the garbage and filth piled almost to the ceiling ugh. After videoing every room in the house, I checked into the residence Inn where the accommodations were predictable and pleasant. This house is not fit for rental by anyone, especially those with children as it is very unsanitary and dangerous. I should have known when there were no reviews but never imagined a house like this would find its way onto a reputable site like VRBO. Needless to say I am disputing this and getting pushback from both the owner and VRBO even after sending a really long video with evidence of everything I have described here. Will never use VRBO again, you and the homeowner should ashamed of yourselves!
