There are 3 cozy bedrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom, with a king bed, has a new minisplit that cools the upstairs. All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans and room darkening shades and wall to wall carpeting.
The living room has a new minisplit unit that cools the first floor. The back sunroom has huge windows that slide open to take advantage of the cooling off-shore breezes.
