Charming 3-bedroom house in marvelous Rome near Tennis Courts

Very clean, new duplex property. Kitchen well stocked, new appliances. Living area could do with a coffee table or a couple of end tables. The 2 bedrooms with queen size beds were comfortable, only bedding was sheets, pillowcases and coverlet. We brought extra blankets. 3rd bedroom had 2 twin beds that were a bit wobbly, no lamp or bedside table - we moved one from another room. Nice touch - Bathrooms stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap. Detergent and softener provided for washer and dryer. Overall a good stay, we will be back when next we visit our child at Berry College.

We were two families in town for a soccer tournament; two couples, and three children. The house was gleamingly clean and spacious. The king beds were nice & comfy and kitchen was very well stocked. Driveway accommodated two vehicles easily. Neighborhood was quiet. It served as a nice base for us for the weekend.

I stayed at this townhouse for 3 days.Pros:•Excellent location, very close to Berry Tennis Center and downtown.•Quiet neighborhood. •Laundry and shower essentials were provided, which was convenient.Cons:•Communication with the property manager was difficult; messages often went unanswered for more than 24 hours.•On arrival, the fridge had been unplugged for some time and was warm, and the microwave didn’t work. Unfortunately, it took two days for the manager to respond.•Sugar ants kept reappearing near the kitchen sink even after multiple cleanings and sprays.•The lawn could use better maintenance.•No checkout instructions were provided, which made departure unclear.Overall, the location and quiet setting were great, but the lack of responsiveness and maintenance issues made the stay less smooth than expected.

Quiet location. Close to dining and shopping. Happy that we weren’t required to clean the house before we left. Most places require you to basically clean the property while being charged a cleaning fee. One less thing we had to worry about.
