Charming 3-bedroom house in lovely St. Augustine with Game Room

Perfect spot for a night away with my friends for a birthday getaway! Place was clean, neighborhood was quiet and close enough to reach a lot of the festivities St Augustine has to offer.

We had a great time. The house was awesome. Located right in the middle of all the activities that you would want to attend.

Comfortable and close to attractions. Pictures were definitely enhanced - rooms were dim and furniture etc. were worn.If you’re a light sleeper, know that you’ll hear trains passing through a couple of times throughout the night.

The house is cute and had everything we needed! Close to everything and very comfortable. I will for sure stay here again.

They had strict rules for dogs about not being in beds and furniture, which people need to know so they are contained or not left alone. The house is cute but well worn. The photos are from awhile ago.

We really enjoyed this location and the home. Easy parking, great communications with the host and close to all the important attractions. Would stay here again without hesitation.

The house was very clean and well appointed. It was easy to find and very close to the historical area of St Augustine.

Host was always very responsive. Photos are outdated, furniture is worn and game table had a broken leg so we didn't use it. Outside area was not very clean. Overall it's a cute little house and accommodated our group, very spacious areas. Good location. Very quiet neighborhood.

Great host communication and accommodation is as described. Could use some update on the furniture specially the living room couch, besides everything was great. We only stayed two nights didn’t use any of the amenities as we spent most of our time exploring St Augustine. Location is great just 5 min drive from downtown and great location if you like to walk to downtown as well. Will booked again in the future.

Couch was in much need of replacement/ripped/dirty. Outside table had tiles that were all broken. Kitchen rug needed thrown away. Need shoes on due to floors dirty/socks will be dirty. Pictures do not match listing condition. Person was advised of these concerns when I was at stay. Said they fix these needed things for next person stay. I sent them pictures of conditions of rental.

Loved this house. It was so homey and comfortable with a great location. We will definitely be repeat customers for this place.

Home had everything we needed and had convenient location for local attractions. Plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen and both bathrooms recently remodeled. Off street parking was a plus and neighborhood safe. Host was very responsive and check-in was a breeze.

Everything was very nice. Comfy house and perfect location - close to everything in St. Augustine and the beach.

The home was nice but could use some updates to some of the furniture, grass was not cut, and the foosball table was in need of repairs and could not be used. Check out is a bit early at 10 am and when I asked for a later check out we were only given 15 min. Upon arrival at 2pm we asked for an early check in and and they wanted to charge 50. They messaged 15 minutes before checkin and said we could check in early. We loved the city and the location was good.

Very peaceful place to stay. We took advantage and cooked a few meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Enough space for all 6 adults. Very close drive to old downtown. Great communication from the time of booking all the way thru after checkout. If we return to St Augustine we will stay there again.

This house was awesome. The host communication was great and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. The location was close enough to downtown but without any of the inconveniences. I liked the layout of the house and had the essentials for the stay. We will highly consider returning to this location next year.

The house is perfectly located for enjoying St Augustine. 5 minutes from the Historical attractions & 15 minutes from the St Augustine Amphitheater. The house was inviting, cozy, & plenty of room to hang out with family & enjoyed some time in the game room. We will definitely be back!

House was very clean, and well spaced out for our family of five. Kitchen was well stocked with the essentials we needed to cook with. We will definitely stay here again if we get to visit St Augustine again.

Quick overnight trip for a wedding. Nice house. Roomy and good layout. Lots of indoor and outdoor space. Quiet neighborhood and close to historic downtown St. Augustine.

Great place to stay that’s is close enough to both the historic district and the beach. The house comfortably accommodated six people, and the neighborhood was relatively quiet. There was also a great local coffee shop (Dos) and a deli (Drake’s) that were within walking distance, which was a nice surprise. Would not hesitate to book again if we are looking to stay in the Saint Augustine area.

Great home close to shopping and restaurants. Good parking, easy access, cool AC, great appliances, comfy beds, and game room. Host answers texts promptly and there is no cleanup required upon departure. We did bag up the trash for taking out and pile the towels in the bathroom as well as loading the dishwasher - but not required. Great value for the money.

My family and I stayed here for a quick visit. We really enjoyed our stay. The house had enough room for six of us. It was very clean. It is really close to downtown St Augustine. I would highly recommend it.

House is in a perfect location . Game room area for teens was a hit . Communication with Property manager was great . ( much appreciated) We had a wonderful stay here!

It was very hot inside. That made it difficult to sleep. Also the pillows on the bed were old and worn out.

Went for spring break host was awesome very accommodating. Place was super cute and clean great location definitely would stay again.

It was a nice home, especially the master bedroom is tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with enough utensils. The game room is an added bonus to keep the kids entertained. The house is in proximity to the old town. We had an issue with the light/fan remote not working in the game room, and Tomasso was very responsive and had someone replace the batteries that same day. The AC seemed to be a bit weak the first night we were there but it was taken care of the next day once I made Tomasso aware of it and it wasn’t an issue after that. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Property is well maintained. Nice size house for our family of 4. Quick access to beach, downtown, grocery store etc. We make it to St. Augustine almost every year and would definitely stay here again.

Such a great place to stay with your family. Our check in process was easy and quick, the host was in communication available throughout the stay. The main St. Augustine attractions were about 5-7 min away depending on traffic. There is a great Mexican and to a restaurant literally 2 minutes walking with reasonable prices. Across the street is a Walgreens and CVS with a windixie 5 minutes down the road. The house had everything we needed the host definitely has visitors interest in mind, the layout allowed us to have or relax while the kiddos went to bed. I did multiple trips to the zoo and local attractions with ease . I would definitely stay here again

Cute house with modern decor. Enjoyed our brief stay, wish we had more time. The kids loved the gaming table and putting green outside. Location is a convenient 5 minute drive to downtown.

Great location, close to Night of Lights. spacious, great communication with property manager, suggest adding foam overlay (in closet) in master bedroom bed to make the bed more comfortable. Overall, cute house with added touches for guests.

Visited St. Augustine to check out the Christmas lights. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with some nice local places to eat. It was a very busy holiday weekend to visit so we were worried about the crowds and traffic. We wanted to stay close to the fun but not right in the middle of all of it. This house was perfectly located and close enough that we were able to stop back and take a rest before going out again for dinner. Check in was fast and easy, plenty of towels and blankets, bed was comfortable, and the house was nice and clean. I would highly recommend for anyone visiting the St. Augustine area. Thank you again for taking such great care of us!

Great place to stay with your partner or with a group of friends. This is in a quiet neighborhood just 5-7 minutes from downtown St. Augustine. Will be returning in the future!

The location of the property was a convenient 5 minutes from historic downtown. A big issue for the stay was the A/C unit was not working. A/C temp would not lower past 77 which made it very uncomfortable for sleeping conditions. We had to share beds and rooms (which we were not expecting to) in order to sleep somewhat comfortably. Not what we were expecting. It seems there has been an issue with the A/C and it was not communicated before booking the listing.

Our stay here was very pleasant. There is plenty of room for eight guests. The amenities were well supplied, and the house from top to bottom was very clean. The location is pretty good, too. Drive 10 minutes one direction, and you're at the beach. Drive 10 minutes at the direction, and you're in the main shopping district by the Castillo shopping district you're at.
