As someone with back injuries, a comfortable bed is my highest priority when looking for accommodations. I can tell you, all 3 beds were outrageously comfortable! All of the guests raved about them. High quality linens and plenty of pillows/blankets. The host was so thoughtful and left us little gifts for our Christmas stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need for cooking. The couch… wow! Huge and easily met our lounging needs for movie day! You could easily and comfortably seat 12 adults! You can tell that this home was set up thoughtfully with guest comfort as a top priority. Will most certainly be staying here whenever we come to visit family in Granbury. 10 stars!

Very nice house. Secluded on the back street of gated subdivision. Everything needed for the stay is provided.
