Stayed Dec 10, 2024Think this is the first VRBO review. We came to visit friends who live very close to this home. Nice location for walking and you can walk to very good restaurants - especially Parma. Neighbors were friendly and area seems safe. Good location for day trip to Paso Robles. Home is very recently renovated and everything is new. We think the house will probably evolve a bit more once people start staying here. Nice layout and plenty of beds - we only used the King bedroom. Bed was comfortable. Shower was a bit small for a large/tall person but nice. 3 smart TVs in house. Heat and water pressure is good - if someone flushes while you are in shower - yikes! Couch in family room comfortable. There are 2 couches in front room that make into beds - we didn't try them out. The other bedrooms seem fine - didn't try out beds or anything. Kitchen is new with adequate number pots/pans/dishes - not yet ready for a big family with serious cooking. Pots & pans good quality and there is a crock pot. We wished for all cotton sheets - good quality polyester microfiber was there - was ok. There is a business/retail area just behind house - blocked by a tall wall - where the nice restaurants are. Some traffic noise if windows are open - quiet later in evening. Host was very responsive when we couldn't figure out the entry lock unit. She was very pleasant. Problem was solved promptly. We enjoyed our stay and would probably book this home again.
