Charming 3-bedroom cottage with POOL! Beautiful open floorplan

Perfect for a quick family get away. Very clean, pet friendly & inviting beach vibe cottage located near restaurants and shops. 20 minutes to Brunswick and 30 to Jekyll Island. Spacious layout with comfy beds (so comfy I could have napped all day), ample parking, and lovely backyard with dip pool. Nice little touches like books to read including local author, extra linens, beach towels, upgraded washer and dryer, & Roku/Netflix. AC worked great! Breezy screened patio with swivel gliders were a great place to sit and read while the teens “polar plunged.” 65F was chilly for these Floridians. The area is very bike friendly. Only glitch was check in process. Our itinerary email didn’t provide check in information. We had to contact the host for access. **it would be lovely to have a living room lamp. Lots of bright overhead lights but a floor lamp by the recliners would be great for evenings or reading. We will definitely be booking again if it’s available on our next trip. This little house is a gem for a quiet restful trip.

We rent a lot of VRBO homes for trips. Heather is the best! I made a couple errors during the booking process and she fixed them immediately. We really appreciated her friendly, easy-going personality. Traveling with kids and pets can be stressful, and you never know what the rental will be like. She instantly put us at ease. The property is spotless - which is a huge deal to us. There wasn’t a crumb or spec of dust in sight. The pool is perfect and the home’s location is ideal. It’s an extremely short drive (too short to Dulce Donuts ) to many good restaurants and the beach. We loved all the mysterious Spanish moss and beautiful oaks. Everyone we met was super friendly and we can’t wait to return. The only downside was a Dawgs loss, haha.

I have stayed at many VRBO properties but never have I enjoyed one more. The house had amenities galore (beach towels, Keurig machine, everything you could want in a kitchen, etc. It felt like staying at a friend’s house. So comfortable. The pool was fantastic as was the screened in porch. Not sure if we will return to St. Simon’s but, if we do, I would hope to stay here again. LOVE. Listing and photos are 100% accurate. Highly recommend.

Stayed with my husband, two grown children and their spouse and 2 dogs. Place was really nice and accommodating. Enjoyed the outsize area. Would definitely stay again.

I brought my 4 month old grandbaby to meet my 91 year old mother and we had the best trip! The perfect size house, decorated beautifully, and the owner was extremely accommodating letting us check in early so our baby could nap! We had the best stay

We had a great stay at this rental. We visit SSI every year for the 4th of July week, and this was probably our favorite rental in years. The location was extremely close to everything, making beach days and nightly dinners out incredibly convenient. Everything was as pictured and met our expectations. Would stay here again!

Great house and location on the Island. We rented a golf cart and drove everywhere we needed. The pool was perfect after a long hott day. Heather was awsome with everything we needed. Definitely plan to stay here again.

This was the perfect house for our family trip. Our kids loved the pool and our dog loved the fenced backyard. The house is very clean and comfortable and provides everything you would need for a visit. We rented bikes and a golf cart so the location was perfect for getting to town, the beach, red fern village, etc. Host was very responsive. We had the best time and plan to return next year

This is a lovely property that is so comfortable and well-appointed, not to mention pet-friendly. Didn’t get to try the pool in the cold weather, but it is lovely and adds so much to the wonderfully private backyard environment that is perfect for relaxing. I would also like to note that this also a very wheelchair friendly property.
