Stayed Mar 13, 2026Great house in a great location. We did a girls trip with our 16 year olds, there was plenty of space and we were able to walk to Armature works.

Stayed Feb 13, 2026Our host was fantastic! She answered every text within a few minutes! She was very helpful and accommodating. The house was beautifully decorated. Even though it was an old house, everything inside was new or newly restored! Wonderful combination of old and new Love the colors and the furnishings…light and airy! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Our favorite thing to do was to sit on the porch and eat ice cream!

Stayed Dec 26, 2025We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property. The location is fantastic and within easy walking distance to Armature Works, the Tampa Riverwalk, and downtown, making it perfect for exploring the area without necessarily needing to drive.The house was set up extremely well and clearly prepared with guests in mind. Both the interior and exterior were very well maintained, everything felt new and clean, and the host truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Parking was easy, access to the house was straightforward, and the neighborhood was quiet and comfortable.Communication before arrival was excellent. The host kept us well informed and made check-in seamless. While we did encounter an unexpected issue during our stay that was outside the host's control, their response was outstanding. They were attentive, responsive, and proactive in addressing the situation, which was greatly appreciated.Overall, a fantastic experience with a great host. We would happily stay here again.
