This house is, indeed, charming and accommodating. The boho decor was spot on and the original bungalow charm was left in tact. Very safe neighborhood too. We had everything we needed plus!! The flow of the house and comfortable furniture is perfect for several people. We will be back!!

It is an older home with all the charm. Centrally located and easy to access. Owners responded to questions quickly. My family came in from 4 states to have Thanksgiving in this home together. Absolutely loved my visit and would use again. Only drawback would be the parking spot is only for 2 cars we had 4.

Yes house had everything we needed. Had family reunion Saturday in Rock Island so we were happy to have the kitchen to cook in. Loved our stay

We had a great stay. The location was close to shopping and restaurants. The house was in an older but quiet and well kept neighborhood. Everything we needed was there. Would like to have an icemaker in the fridge but that was it. We would definitely stay there again!

Nice place to stay while in town for a disc golf tournament.

This rental will be a favorite of ours. Im from Ft Smith so going back to see family is made easier with properties like this. Definitely a 10/10.

The property was exactly as described. It is extremely charming and so cozy inside. Everything was perfect when we arrived, the host even left a lamp on inside for our arrival. The neighborhood was inviting and convenient for our plans. We would definitely stay again.

This is a great house, very cozy with everything needed. We enjoyed our stay. The front stairs need a handrail for saftey, not elderly friendly stais. I noticed many homes have had the old hand rails removed. I guess they are a bit of an eyesore.

The house is so cute. It is clean and warm/inviting. The type of place where you walk in and just relax because it’s a good pick.
