Stayed Aug 27, 2025The property was fine but for the amount they charged really needed work. The house is old and we had a big problem with ants and bugs in the house. The location was very good and easy access to Hyannis center and many other areas. The check out time was 10am and too early. The house needs some updates but comfortable. The other problem was noise from the construction next door. They really should have communicated that on the Expedia site . From early morning at 7am there was construction noise.

Stayed May 14, 2026Perfectly located in Hyannis. Less than a 15-minute walk to the beach and restaurants. The house itself had a big, clean bathroom and a beautiful view from the back porch. The room on the second floor doesn't have an AC, so it got much hotter than the rooms downstairs. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions and made it an enjoyable stay.

Stayed Apr 24, 2026Perfect location for the ferry and some great restaurants. We walked everywhere. Super comfortable to relax after being gone all day. Bathroom was hotel quality. Great view from the deck.

Stayed Aug 30, 2025We had a great stay in Hyannis! The location is great for catching a ferry to Nantucket or the vineyard, and Main Street is within walking distance. The backyard is also very peaceful for a cup of coffee in the morning!
