Stayed May 28, 2026Host was wonderful and very responsive to work with. Overall it was good cozy space. Quiet and close to the beach. Private beach was quiet and not overcrowded. Could stand to have some deep cleaning (thick layer of dust on blinds and stained furniture for example.) Value for space was great. Including parking spaces was nice. Balcony ocean beach view was great to have.

Stayed Oct 6, 2025The house is very pleasant and the kitchen well stocked. Parking is limited. A very short walk to the beach and many good restaurants and activities close by. The house was short on consumables such as toilet paper etc but the host responded quickly to our requests. The view of the ocean is there, but I didn't think as well as advertised. A very nice family vacation place

Stayed Jul 27, 2025Second time visiting this beach house from HTX and we already can’t wait to come back. Our host was so attentive. Check-in is easy, kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms are spacious, bathrooms are clean. A/C works great which is a plus. Outdoor shower helps tremendously with keeping the sand outside. Beach chair service is nice to have. Cool patio in the back of the unit. Being steps from the beach is so convenient for families with littles, you can come and go as needed.

We didn’t have to get up early to reserve a spot on the beach. The owner responded very quickly to any questions we had. I highly recommend this place!

Stayed May 26, 2025My son was so excited to come back to this home! Not only does it offer all of the conveniences of a home but shopping centers and tourist attractions are just minutes away. Even though the area is busy, you feel like you are still secluded. The best part is the private beach access which is literally right next to the house. Also, the owners is extremely friendly and quick to respond. We truly feel lucky finding this gem 6 years ago!
