Charming 3-BDR East Austin Retreat with Spacious Backyard

This is a great place to stay! It's very convenient to everything in Austin so the location is outstanding. The house is very clean and open floor plan in the living / kitchen / dining area was nice. The backyard is amazing. More than anything, the host was incredibly communicative and responsive which is the most important ingredient for a great stay.

The house was good for 6 guest but had to split shower schedule for group to half in morning other in evenings. The location was perfect for all our locations we visited. Neighborhood was quaint and quiet comments about mess in neighbors yards are true but there were no issues. TV could use an upgrade but meh. My daughters comment.

Very quiet. Enjoyed the nature scene in the backyard and got reaquainted with cooking on a gas stove after 20 years of being electric in my home lol. Overall, very good experience

The host was very welcoming! We appreciated getting to check in and out a little early/late, respectively. The interior and back yard of the home were in excellent condition, but the neighborhood leaves a bit to be desired, especially the home a couple of doors down with a bunch of trash in the yard. It would have been nice to have some extra blankets and pillow cases, since we had one guest sleeping on the couch. We really enjoyed the ambience in the back yard, with the fire pit and the lights in the live oaks. All told, this was a great VRBO for a group of guys enjoying a football game.

Lovely place with a huge backyard - great in cooler months. The beds are little hard but everything was clean. Great location with easy access to everything central. Highly recommended, great value for money.
