This is a really nice 1940 house that has undergone a full bathroom and kitchen remodel with new mini-split heat and air. It is perfect for anybody that needs a comfortable and quiet place to stay in Chico. It is only a few houses away from the hospital and close to Chico State and downtown.
There is an outdoor sitting area with charcoal BBQ grill.
The driveway is long and can accommodate multiple cars.
The living room has a large TV with Apple TV, soundbar / subwoofe

Stayed Jan 12, 2024Chris’ house was perfect for our long weekend stay. Great location in a quiet walkable neighborhood close to downtown. Very clean, fresh, nice decor, linens etc and room to spread out. We’ll be back.
