Located in midtown Phoenix, the Coronado neighborhood (often referred to as Greater Coronado) covers over 1-3/4 square miles (just under 1200 acres) and includes around 4,000 households. Three historic districts – Brentwood, Coronado and Country Club Park – make up much of the neighborhood. Hundreds of small businesses thrive on our periphery. Walk to restaurants, bars and shopping.
The western side of Coronado was constructed largely between 1920 and 1930 and reflects the California Bungalow and Spanish Colonial Revival building styles; the northern side is predominantly ranch styles common of the 1940's.     We had the best day! Super clean and a great location! The only thing that would be nice to have is a small patio set outback or a couple folding chairs. We definitely would recommend this place.

    This was a good little house for 2 adults. Reasonably well equipped overall. Kitchen needs a few more items to top things up. Location in the Coronado District was very good for walking around and a short walk to The Main Ingredient local pub/restaurant on 7th st. Also a very short drive to many other local attractions and stores. walking around

    We enjoyed our time in this lovely home. I think the only issue was the step-down about three feet from the front door into the house as you walk in. It was dark when we walked in that first night and had no idea the step was there. We lined up the bar chairs to remind us about the step. It usually helped. Other than that issue, the house had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, the area is quiet and feels safe. We would definitely come back.

    The property was comfortable and clean but impersonal and sterile -not like a home away from home feeling -stayed here since it is within walking distance of a close friend -with a little and work this place could have a more warm personal comfortable feeling ….

    Nice small place, great location. Washer and dryer and dish washer all used and worked well, as did TV and internet. Two nice bathrooms, one nice bedroom and one smaller bedroom, so just note the one bedroom is lesser than the other. No complaints, would book again!
