Charming 2/1 Centrally located and close to ULM! Pet Friendly!

Charming house, great location, quiet neighborhood, very clean and a very helpful host, 10 out of 10.

Cozy, well kept and good use of space. Host was very generous to provide complimentary toiletries and cleaning supplies. Bedding and furniture was comfortable. Overall, it was more than i expected!

This small older house has a lot of personality! The quirky art work and scattering of antiques give this house a certain charm. It is an older property but very very clean, including under the beds. The covered parking is nice and the fenced backyard was great for the small dog we are traveling with. The neighborhood is quiet and the note from the owner's listing local places to eat led us to a great meal at Waterfront Grill. If we find ourselves in Monroe again we will definitely check availibility here!

A lovely 2 BR Cottage in good location. Short drive to stores, ULM, restaurants, etc. All was perfect.

This place was nice, just as described, and in a great neighborhood. The host was very easy to communicate with, check-in was a breeze. Located minutes from Antique Alley and the Louisiana Purchase Zoo. It was clean, comfy, and cozy! If you want a great cajun meal that is close to here, try Trappy's.

This was a great spot! Very good for what we needed. We’re a family of four just stopping through from visiting family and got this instead of a hotel room. The kitchen had all the cookware and tableware necessary for our supper and breakfast in (we brought our own food, just needed to be able to cook everything!) Everything was neat! The neighborhood was also very quiet and safe. Had we needed to stay longer, the washer, dryer, extra/leftover shampoos and conditioners, plus all the kitchen stuff would have been perfect as well. Also no noticeable pet smell or evidence despite being pet friendly. We had no pets, but often pet friendly places are very obviously pet friendly and not in the best way, but this place was great!

Very nice small house in a quiet neighborhood. Nicely equipped and very comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom were both fully equipped although we did not do any cooking.

My family and I had a very enjoyable stay! The host was very responsive to my messages and graciously accommodated my requests. The home was stocked with everything needed for my stay. It was a comfortable, cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. I particularly loved the fenced-in backyard for the dogs. I would definitely stay here again if in the area!

This place was perfect for us. It's located in a nice neighborhood, the neighbors were friendly, and the owners were hospitable and communicative. We stayed during Christmas and the hosts even took the time to put up a tree and some decorations.

We enjoyed the Christmas tree and the drive along the river to get to the university. Super clean and quiet. It was cozy and fun to hang out between lectures.

Yes. All good. Two minor issues: only one roll of toilet paper in the house, and shower floor very slippery and dangerous. Needs mat and/or grab bars.

This adorable place was perfect for me and my teenage daughter who stayed for her softball tournament. We don’t stay in hotels because we get better rest and feel more secure at places like this one. The location of this place is super comfortable and secure, and this is the first place we have ever stayed with COVERED PARKING. That’s huge in the Louisiana heat. Also, the inside AND outside are SO CLEAN! We will definitely be staying here again in the future when we have tournaments in the area.

This was a great place to stay with our fur babies for a couple days. It’s a place we’d look to return to if we ever return to the area.

The house sits on a corner lot. It is cute. Sparsely furnished, but functional for what I needed. Bathroom is tiny. Downsides: Noise from constant traffic on Oliver. Check-out is 10am. Kind of early!

Great location for just passing through. Found a nearby restaurant right on the river that we loved. Great yard for the dogs and house was very clean.

We stayed a week. It was easily accessible, comfortable and clean. The neighborhood felt safe. The front porch was a treat in the morning to watch the birds and squirrels.

We had a great stay! Perfect location to ULM. We were in town for Orientation. Our daughter stayed on campus, and we stayed here. We were only there to sleep and shower, so we weren't able to take full advantage of the house. Super cozy! Highly recommend.

We used this cute little house for a ULM graduation weekend stay. It was clean and in a safe/quiet area. No problems. Good communication from the property manager. We did not have any issues arise. The temperature in the house was nice and cool when we arrived.

This small cottage has a lot of upgrades. It's an older house and older neighborhood. We felt safe and comfortable. The house has every thing you need. A bonus was having washer and dryer. Would stay again.

SUPER CUTE HOME!!! VERY MUCH ENJOYED OUR STAY. IF I HAD TO COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING IT WOULD BE THE FULL SIZE BED WAS SUPER HARD, BUT MY GIRLS JUST SLEPT ON THE SOFA. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN

This house was perfect for our overnight stay. Comfortable, warm, and cozy. The plugs in the bedrooms need to be changed out but everything else was perfect. The little snack basket was super cute and welcoming and the backyard was stellar for our pups. Would definitely book again.

We were moving from Alabama to Texas with pets. It was exactly what we needed to accommodate our needs for the night. Way better then a hotel. The house was clean, well kept, fairly easy to get to, and easy accessible.

Communication with the host was superb; she was very quick to answer and help with any questions we had. The property is exactly as described, a charming, older-style house. It was the prefect stop for us with our 2 dogs to have a break during a road trip. The yard was large and clean. The house had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and we all slept very well.

Charming home. Great location and area. The home was perfect for a weekend spent hunting and visiting our college child. It had covered parking for a boat. The yard was nice sized for our dog to run around. The home had all the amenities for cooking a home cooked meal.
