CHARMING 2 BR VACATION GETAWAY IN SUNNY SOUTHWEST FLORIDA!

Owners were readily available if we had questions, one of the cleaness properties we've stayed at and location is awesome

Home away from home. This home is perfect for us. Had everything we needed for our daughter a d her two kids to stay wus.

My husband and I stayed here in March - mid April. We give this home a 5 Star rating for cleanliness, a very comfortable King bed with nice quality sheets, and just a nice homey feel. The location was great and very close for spending time at the Port Charlotte beach park. Where there was a heated pool and a very nice clean sandy beach to spend your time at. The neighborhood was very quiet even though it was on a main street for going to the main road Tamiami Trail. Which is where all the grocery and shopping needs are close and handy. Even though it was a well traveled street it was very quiet inside the home and we very seldom ever heard any road noise. We spent a lot of time relaxing and eating our meals in the screened in porch area everyday. The surrounding neighborhood was great for morning and evening walks, we always felt very safe. We found that the residents in the area as we walked to be very friendly and we even visited with many of them on our daily walks. Having the two bathrooms was great and convenient! There were plenty of nice quality towels to use too. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic needs. Lou, the owner even purchased both a new smoothie blender and a rice cooker for our use when I asked if they would be available prior to our stay. She was very prompt and courteous to reply to any of our questions very quickly. Our stay was very comfortable with no issues and we would highly recommend anyone to stay in this home.

This is the perfect size home to stay in for a vacation. Extremely clean, with every amenity possible and a great location near the local beach, with plenty of shopping nearby as well as Fisherman’s Wharf and the huge farmers market held on Saturday in Punta Gorda.

Lots of biking, walking, swimming and eating!! We love the set up of the home. Every room has a door to the lanai so we can stay out of each other’s way!!

This VRBO home was perfect for our stay. Ample space, comfortable furniture and bedding, plus the use of the garage for our vehicle was fantastic. Nice quiet neighborhood, with a very nice friendly neighbor we were able to interact with. Virtually minutes away from shopping, restaurants and sight seeing. Our Hosts were great too! Easy to contact AND very responsive to any questions or concerns we may have had. We are definitely keeping this home on our list for future travel endeavors in Florida!!!

This place is JUST as described! Quick responses from Marv and Lou. House was pristine!! Would definitely come back again, and recommend to friends and family. Nice, quiet neighborhood. My husband and I can't say enough good things about this stay.

The place we stayed April 12-19 was very clean and quaint. It was definitely equipped with everything and anything for our use and location was good. We had excellent experience with Lou returning messages & calling us promptly & resolving a question we had. All was really GREAT. A BIG thank you to Lou for our stay @ rental home. Julie & Mike H

Thank you Lou for the great communication. We appreciated having beach chairs for Port Charlotte beach park, which was a quick 3 min drive down the street. House was clean, loved having the washer/dryer available, along with toiletries, kitchen items, and the lanai was wonderful for our morning coffee or evening cocktails. Close to shopping, restaurants and grocery, which was nice. I’m glad your house survived the hurricanes- a lot of folks are still rebuilding. Hershey’s ice cream shoppe a few miles up on 41 (Tamiami Trail) is amazing. FYI for guests, you do need to pay to park (via smart phone) at Port Charlotte Beach Park but it’s only about $1/hour. And they are monitoring it. Fisherman’s Village in Punta Gorda was a convenient 15 min drive, Thanks Lou - we truly enjoyed our stay.

Quiet, clean and easy access to the places we needed to go. The home suited us perfectly.
