Stayed Jun 19, 2025We came for my son’s swim meet. This house was perfect for us. He had the whole upstairs to nap in between prelims and finals. I could make dinner for us to have every night after we got home and enjoyed it on the patio out back. Neighborhood is so quiet. We fell in love with empanada grill which is right around the corner from the house. Kathryn was a wonderful host. Very responsive and accomplished. We come to Greensboro often for swim meets and will definitely stay here again.

Stayed Apr 26, 2025We were so happy with our host. The coffee maker went out and she quickly replaced it. Everything was clean and tidy. And quiet. It was all labeled so we knew were to find things/what to do. We had a very nice experience. Would rent again, without a doubt!!!

Stayed Apr 5, 2025Host was very courteous and great with communication. We contacted them about an Internet outage (storm took it out) and they got back to us within minutes to let us know what happened. Property is in a very nice and peaceful neighborhood. House was well stocked with basic things that are needed for the stay and even a few extras. House was also very clean. The TV setup was great. Easy to add our own accounts and setup so they automatically delete at the end of our stay. Will definitely look into staying again when we are in this area in the future.
