Stayed Feb 1, 2026Derek was an amazing host. He was always reachable right away and addressed any questions or issues that we had. He was generous and kind. We liked the location near the Preserves and beach and convenient to Sarasota, Bradenton, St. Pete, Palmetto etc. The townhome had everything we needed. Having the large screen TV was very convenient as I was able to do Zoom sessions for work. We loved that bicycles were included in order to ride to the nearby preserves and beach. The kitchen was a nice size with most everything you would need. We also enjoyed using the barbecue.
