Stayed Jul 10, 2025Tiny place but overall very nicely appointed. Parking is easy and neighborhood is OK. Very good access to Coliseum and not too far from downtown. Bathroom is a little tight but not too bad. Main thing to be aware of is the stairs are pretty steep to upstairs bedrooms. Basically we had to plant bags on stairs and then walk up or down (there are handrail supports to use) before carrying them the rest of the way. Not prohibitively an issue but definitely something to be clear on if that may be an issue. Otherwise, a very nice place in a quiet neighborhood for a good price with a responsive host. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed May 23, 2025Nearly finished tiny house in a neighborhood undergoing updates. Very easy access to Uber rides and the highway - 15 minutes to downtown, under 10 to cute Park Circle area. Driveway parking was very nice to have.Hostess was extremely responsive and flexible. The price was nice too - hop an Uber, spend the day enjoying downtown and come back to a quiet place to rest.
