Stayed Dec 18, 2024I stayed for 9 weeks and was very comfortable. The house was newly updated, very clean, and fully furnished. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is conveniently located to all the fun activities that Sun City has to offer. This location is for the 55 and over crowd and has an array of activities from low key Bocce Ball to Line dance lessons (and dances) to fast pace Pickleball. There are free movies twice / week, 9 golf courses, and indoor and outdoor heated pools. I would stay here again. I had no problems with the house or the landlords. Very easy to communicate with. Nice people.

Stayed Nov 17, 2024Thanks Kerri! Your place provided just what we needed: room for 3 adults and one small pup, with plenty of parking. The house was well appointed, comfortable, and clean. Huge TVs. We didn’t use the fire pit or corn hole game but they were easy to find had we wanted. Plenty of stores, restaurants nearby (we doordashed). Kerri was very responsive and accommodating. If you are looking for a quiet, safe neighborhood, and a homey comfortable place to stay, at a reasonable price, you can’t go wrong here!
