Charming 2-bedroom house with AC, WiFi in St. Pete Beach

We had a wonderful experience and the property was lovely. Andrea has created a very beachy, relaxing atmosphere here & provides many essentials. Definitely recommend!

Easy living. Stayed for over a month, close to the beach, restaurants, intercostal. We could have walked pretty much anywhere we needed except grocery store. Sunday farmers market is a few blocks away!

In town for a college reunion and this location was beyond perfect! The house was exactly as pictured. Not only is the house beautifully decorated, but it also came with some lounge chairs and beach supplies. The mini fridge was even stocked with drinks. It was an extremely pleasant trip, and our stay was a highlight. Such a beautiful home!

We were coming to St Pete for the Reggae Rise Up festival. I booked here because all locations near the venue were completely booked. Since we were coming from the Naples area, we thought a place on St Pete Beach would work pretty well for us. This place looked pretty good on line, but it is far better in person. It is really lovely- decorated very tastefully and is so comfortable and cozy. The host was wonderfully responsive and the check in was easy. I don’t give a 5 for location because it was 30 minutes from our destination, but I knew it was a little way when I booked it. There is a cute little Bay Area just across the street and it is a short drive to St Pete Beach, which is beautiful.

Place was new and nice inside. Cute with pleasant interior fearures. Nice materials and design.Convenient location neighborhood was ok.

So many great things about this place. First of all our host was very attentive to our needs while we were there. We had some problems with the entry code, which she quickly corrected. So many added touches: Washer & dryer; mirror in one bedroom and tvs in bedrooms; wine (although we don’t drink); shampoo/conditioner/shower gel; toothpaste, mouth wash; coffee pods and Keurig, nice bath towels, beach towels and lawn chairs. But no lounge chairs. Cooler was great to have. Wonderful closet space, ceiling fans, decor. Very clean and updated small two bedroom home. We didn’t have the best Florida weather for the week that we were there so the extra time we actually spent in the home Was cozy and comfortable. Sweet little outdoor fenced in area; comfy cushions/patio furniture would’ve been awesome!We can see the intentionality in this space! Celebrated our 60th birthdays here as friends for 55 years and no regrets!Will definitely consider this space in the future.
