Stayed May 11, 2026Calvin’s rental is awesome! We enjoyed our stay immensely. It is clean, well designed and the beds are comfortable. They are quick to respond to any questions and everything was exactly as listed. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are very friendly. The main bathroom has the most amazing shower with plenty of hot water and great water pressure! The kitchen is well stocked and very clean! I highly recommend this rental!

Stayed Apr 22, 2026The house was in need of a deep clean. Surfaces had not been wiped down. Light switches were dirty. The return vent had layers of dust on it and baseboards were dirty. Refrigerator and trash can had dried liquids on them. One of the toilets had urine on it. Most of the furniture had stains. The silverware drawer had crumbs in it. Headboard was cloth with stains.

Stayed Oct 1, 2024We stayed in Calvin’s place during a relocation to the area. The house was well furnished and had everything we needed. We thought we were going to have to cancel but at the last minute was able to make the trip and Calvin was very helpful in rebooking the house. Great experience overall!
