Stayed Oct 10, 2025This house had everything we needed for our stay in Seguin. We loved the back porch and the yard with the firepit and Adirondack chairs. The fenced-in backyard was perfect for our small dog. I would recommend this place if you are ever in Seguin.

Stayed Aug 29, 2025The floor is not level and the neighborhood is not good. The level floors are why it is so hard to shut doors. There was a small dog barking outside all night.

Stayed Jul 31, 2025A nice house that was clean and the neighborhood was quiet, and the neighbors were friendly. The backyard is very nice with plenty of trees to beat the a Texas heat, and a nice covered patio with aceiling fan. One of the main streets is within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Stayed Apr 26, 2025What an awesome place! We were in town for a volleyball tournament for our 13 year old. This jewel of a house was beyond perfect! The back yard was where we spent most of our time. We played cornhole and enjoyed the outdoors ambience! I will absolutely stay there again if ever back in town. The owners were quick to respond and great to work with! It was a dream stay!

Stayed Jan 10, 2025We came into town for a BBQ competition and this place was in a perfect location from where we were cooking at. Susie was a great host and very responsive. It had everything we needed to relax and rest our heads. Although we didn’t get to enjoy the back yard because it was cold, the putting green and corn hole boards looked like fun activities! If we have any more BBQ comps in Seguin we will definitely look to book this little gem.
