Charming 2 bedroom house in the heart of Downtown Wimberley! Walk to the Square!

Clean, roomy and beautiful. Very comfortable, well-stocked with everything we needed and in a great location. Enjoyed the deer, birds and squirrels. Very relaxing environment after a full day of shopping. Looking forward to our next visit.

We loved the property’s close proximity to downtown. It was within walking distance to the square, shopping, restaurants and bars which made it very convenient.

Well stocked with the comforts of home. Great mugs, coffee, including decaf, lots of hooks for towels in bathroom, fresh flowers, travel brochures about surrounding area, luggage racks, plush towels, reading lamps by bed, filtered water, so many things.

I almost gave 4 stars because of a couple of issues but all in all I enjoyed our stay. The house is easily within walking distance of the square which was nice. The deer were plentiful The kitchen was well stocked with water and coffee pods and extras. House was very clean. One con was the smell. It was so strong that if you are smell sensitive (like my sister is) then it was a problem. It was a very strong Febreze smell that never went away. Just be warned. The beds were comfortable but soft, not firm. Also, the owner does come up to the house at 9:45 to water the yard, which felt like she just wanted to make sure you are out by 10:00. To me the checkout time is a hour too early but that’s just me not being a morning person. The owner is nice though and made sure the bird feeder was filled so we could enjoy watching all the birds, and deer, and even a raccoon come eat the seeds. The screened in porch was a plus. All in all it was a comfortable, quiet house and I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at Miss Lilian’s house for 3 nights and had a great experience. Everything was in excellent condition, and it felt welcoming from the moment we unlocked the door, we truly felt right at home. The location was also perfect and close to everything we were in town for. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

Such a great house in the center of Wimberley.

House was comfortable and had what we needed to relax. We didn’t notice that it had two thermostats which caused an issue one night, so keep that in mind if you rent. Perfect to walk into Wimberly, so no driving! Enjoyed our stay.

What a great place to stay in Wimberley! We walked to the square and market. Miss Lilian's House was sparkling clean and the furniture very comfotable. We will definitely return.

Location is perfect

Very clean. Checkin process easy. Plenty of towels. Plenty of seating area on porch. Quiet, peaceful location. Loved seeing the deer in the yard every morning. Central location makes it easy to get to shopping and restaurants.

The house was perfectly located for a short walk to downtown! Very peaceful set up and all the amenities were provided. We can’t wait to come back.

We really liked the fact that we could walk to the town center and avoid traffic/parking. This is a really quiet neighborhood. Deer graze in the yard in the evenings. Birds surround a feeder by the front window. The owners have thought of everything. Thanks for letting us stay. 4 stars for “Communication with property manager”. We initially thought it would be me and my wife. When we found out 2 more were coming, we called to let them know. The person we spoke to noted the conversation but didn’t enter it into their system. So when the owner reported a 2nd car arrived in the driveway, we were called by another property manager. It was straightened out and they apologized, but it kinda made us look like we were trying to cheat when we weren’t. We had called to let them know the day before we even checked in, but the manager we spoke to dropped the ball. We learned to get the names of the people we speak to from now on .

We loved waking up to deer every day! The house was really comfy and outfitted with Hill Country crafts, and anything we need… including a great selection of K-cups, creamer and sugar. Handicap helpers like a ramp and flat entry were helpful. We would have enjoyed TVS in the bedrooms, but the Roku in the living was fine. We will go back!

The location of this home was perfect for the purpose of enjoying downtown Wimberley and the local trails. Check in process was great and the home was very comfortable and quaint. We will return!!

Proximity to the Square was a priority for our first-time trip to Wimberley. We were refreshed by the peaceful mornings on the screened-in porch with playful squirrels, peppy cardinals, and wary deer. The short walk to the local eateries and shops helped us avoid extended vehicle parking spot searches. Accommodations fondly reminisced of grandma's house.

This was a sewing get away to finish projects. Enjoyed ourselves very much and completed several projects.

The house was so cute and quaint. There were deer in the front yard and beautiful birds on the feeder. This was the perfect house for 2 females travelling alone. We each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms.

Miss Lilian’s was a great place to stay and I would be pleased to stay there again.

Miss Lilian's House was a wonderful location for our recent 3 night stay. Extremely clean and well appointed, with some new appliances and a great Keurig machine. The screened in porch is awesome for coffee- and deer and bird watching. Loved the carport and property proximity to downtown. A great, relaxing retreat. Would definitely return!

We love this property! It wasn't our first stay here! It's clean, has an abundance of wildlife, close to downtown Wimberley and have never had any problems with our stays.

We enjoyed our stay at Miss Lillian’s House. The home was very clean (downright spotless) and comfortable and the location was perfect. It was an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants, which made our stay very enjoyable. The house is older, but well cared for, and it was nice to know the host was just next door in case anything was needed. We will definitely come back!
