Host was helpful and quickly answered any questions. The mattress’s could be better and the couch could be replaced. Otherwise everything was fine.

Amenities could definitely be upgraded:Need bedside lamps/lamp in living room - overhead light is very harshLiving room furniture was super uncomfortable and not adequate had there been 4 people; need coffee table for drinksNeed wine glasses, corkscrew, baking sheet, baking dish, salt and pepperExtra blankets would be nicePool table was ok but an assortment of board games would be niceAll drains were slow runningAlisha, you might want to stay there yourself for 4-5 days and get a feel for what’s missing

Quiet area of town, close to interstates and local shops

The host was welcoming and easy to connect with. This space could use a few upgrades for sure. Towels seemed very dingy, the couch is flaking apart. Very basic

Wow, what a place. I almost dont want to review it well so I can keep it a secret. But it was close by ro everything I needed, and restaurants were close by. This is my new place to stay when I am in PHX

Cute, clean house in a typical suburban neighborhood. The beds are comfortable, European style, with a bottom sheet and comforter, no top sheet or blanket. There is a pool table instead of a dining room table. The small backyard pool is nice and clean, though the pool filter motor could use a soundproof cover. There are plenty of bath towels and pool towels. We recommend you bring hand soap and laundry detergent, which are not provided. Our host was very helpful with entry instructions.

This is a nice house in a great location- close to freeways, food and shopping. The house is very clean and the beds are super comfortable. The pool is sparkly clean and a really nice way to spend time outdoors when it heats up. There are no stairs at all, so perfect for all ages. There’s a nice pool table and a good TV.The kitchen is a bit sparse if you’re planning any real cooking you may need to bring a casserole dish and a large bowl. Also could use plastic ware for the pool area.We really enjoyed our stay. Both the house and the location are superior and the pool table and swimming pool make it super fun for all

Very nice little 2 bedroom home that has everything you need. No problems or issues and property owner was great with communication. A little far from everything but would definitely stay here again
